Jack is the founder of Trinity Leadership, advising senior leaders on their communications, reputation, and personal branding. Prior to starting his own business he was Chief of Staff to former West Midlands Mayor Andy Street, helping to lead one of the youngest and most diverse regions in Britain.

A trained journalist and adopted West Midlander having been born in Jersey, Jack started his career at the Express & Star newspaper in Wolverhampton. He is a strong advocate for the importance of local media and honesty and transparency in communication, as well as a huge believer in the power of sport to give purpose and aspiration.

Outside of work he enjoys his music and is a bogey golfer - when he’s able to sneak away from a house that contains three boys under the age of four and two boisterous dogs.
