Anisha is the Director of the Office for Veterans' Affairs. The Office for Veterans’ Affairs (OVA), part of the Ministry of Defence, champions veterans of the UK armed forces and their families. The OVA works across the UK government and beyond to deliver for veterans, helping them to make brilliant contributions to society after service.

Anisha has held leadership roles at a range of government departments, including the Cabinet Office, (former) Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and the Home Office, covering economic and social policy issues, legislation and strategy.

Before joining the OVA, Anisha was the Chief Operating Officer at the independent UK Covid-19 Inquiry.
