She served as Military Executive Lead for the inaugural Games in 2014 and as CEO for the 2016 Games, inspiring over 400 competitors from 14 nations. Her leadership during these formative years left an indelible mark on the Games, with her commitment to competitor empowerment and global community-building setting the standard for future Invictus Games.
